  C) I find hard to believe that the consultation and cutting in of hair costs $160, which is more than the $139 extensions themselves! And again - this ridiculous mark up was never explained!

  This review is for the Quinns Rocks salon. I was very dissapointed to drive from kelmscott to Quinns for my appointment which I'd made 6 weeks earlier to find the salon had be closed permanently. I believe i should have received a call from perfect endz to notify me that they'd closed and my appointment would be cancelled. I have also lost a great hairdresser in Kate. I hope someone knows where she is. So i can contact her.

  Last time I was here, my ends were cut unevenly at the back, and I didn't realise until I went to a different hair dresser.

  Managed to get a last minute appointment by chance on a Saturday. Saw Jess who did a half head foils, cut b/w and treatment. What a fantastic hairdresser. Did my colour perfectly. So happy will most definitely be doing back.

  DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have been totally ripped off by Perfect Endz and I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. I went into the salon to order 20” 5 piece Zala clip in hair extensions back in August which were recommended to me by my normal hair dresser. Instead of ordering online, I went into the salon to make sure I was ordering the right colour for my hair. The hairdresser I spoke to sat me down and she brought out the swatches and within 2 minutes found the right colour for me. I then ordered them for $299 and was told they would take 5 working days to arrive. Weeks and weeks went by and I still hadn’t received them. After 7 weeks of constant follow ups I finally received my hair extensions. During this time I happened to go on the Zala website and noticed the same length and number of pieces for the hair extensions I ordered was priced at $139. I rang up and immediately thought I was accidentally charged for a longer length of hair and for the 9 piece instead of the 5 piece. After another 4 weeks of waiting for the owner to get back from leave, today she informs me that the price of $299 is correct ($160 additional cost) is correct because it includes a consultation and a cut for the hair extensions.
