  Length of chips was exceptional, however, I felt like I had a mouthful of sea water. Ya'll put way too much salt on these chips. Not happy..... just seems like why would anyone put that much on??

  Very disappointed in this stores delivery service. After waiting over an hour our order was delivered but missing drinks and chips for 2 of our meals. We rang the store and were told there was nothing they could do about it and we could have our chips and drinks (we paid for but didn't get) at no charge next time. We will never use this service again. Red rooster you should stick to doing what you are good at which is face to face service so you can fix your mistakes instead of saying there's nothing you can do.

  Awesome new store with high food quality. The chips were cooked to perfection and the two whole chickens we got were fresh and juicy

  I ordered at 9.49pm and got a call 20min later 10.10pm saying they are not going to deliver because delivery ends at 9.45 but says 9.50 on website. I know its close to the cut off but good god why let me order in the first place or call me straight away. They even asked if i wanted the food the next day what is the point in that? Its a shame because the first order i got arrived quick and the food was hot.
